Ways to Give

There are a number of convenient ways to make your gift to Long Island University, from online giving to making a gift of securities. Each option has its own benefits. Make Your Gift Online

You can make a gift online through our convenient, Web-based portal. All of your transactions and information are secure. Giving online is quick and easy, and allows us to process your gift and put it to good use sooner.

Make A Planned Gift

Many dedicated alumni and friends of Long Island University have discovered the rewards of including their favorite University campus or program in their estate plans. We invite you to explore the variety of planned giving options available.

Make A Gift Of Securities

A gift of appreciated securities that has been held more than one year offers two benefits to the donor: income tax deduction for their fair market value and avoidance of capital gains tax on appreciation in value.

Make a Gift Through a Systemic Gift Plan

Alumni now have the opportunity to make their contributions to the Long Island University Annual Fund through monthly or quarterly payments. The Systematic Gift Plan provides a convenient method for spreading payment of your annual gift over an entire year. Call (516) 299-3972 between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to set up your gift plan.

Have Your Employer Match Your Gift

Your employer may have a matching gift program. When an employee makes a charitable contribution, the company will match the charitable donation and forward the check to the Long Island University directly.
