The Executive Combine
This course is a preparatory mechanism for current or aspiring executives that tests executive “fitness” and/or “fluency” in the following areas: decision making (especially under pressure), concentration, logic, communications, research skills, and multi-tasking abilities. The rigorous eight-hour course (four 2-hour sessions) provides dynamic instruction and a unique educational challenge in a boardroom setting.
Price: $750.00.
Class size: 8 participants maximum.
Expected outcomes: After course completion, students will have greater accuracy and analytic skills to support leadership at the executive level.


Leadership Readiness: Unlocking Your Leadership Skills
How do you know if you can lead? All of us can lead, but are we ready to lead? Leadership requires the development of particular characteristics that all of us possess. However, the key is to unlock these leadership qualities. This course will allow participants to identify, embrace, and strengthen leadership attributes. The ten-hour course meets for two hours/week for five weeks.
Price: $450.00.
Class size: 15 participants maximum.
Expected outcomes: After course completion, students will be empowered to exercise full leadership potential in any business, social and personal setting.


Customer Service: Establishing Your Brand by Providing Exemplary Customer Experiences
As a customer service representative, what will distinguish you from other reps? How do you get returning customers to request you? It happens when you deliver quality customer service that demonstrates your competency, caring, and calling! This course shows customer service representatives how to provide exemplary service that is dutiful, impactful, and most of all, memorable. The ten-hour course meets 2 hours/week for five weeks.

Class size: 15 participants maximum.
Expected outcomes: After course completion, students will distinguish themselves with the understanding that distinctive service leads to success in the workplace.


Presentation Equals Personality (P.E.P.) Part One
Have you sat through boring presentations that are professional but lack spice? Dry presentations don’t get optimum results. How do you put PEP in you presentation? This course is taught by a professional entertainer with over 30 years of experience. You will learn how to fire up the audience and keep them dazzled without sacrificing your professionalism. The eight-hour course meets 2 hours/week for four weeks.
Price: $350.00.
Class size: 10 participants maximum.
Expected outcomes: After course completion, students will exhibit greater fluency and dynamism in presentation skills to make for a dynamic, engaging and influential professional.


Presentation Equals Personality (P.E.P.) Part Two: Putting PEP in Your S.T.E.P. (Scintillating, Titillating, and Entertaining Presentations
You have created high expectations as a result of your powerful, professional, and entertaining presentations. How do you sustain and enhance the excellence of your presentation skills? How do you increase your PEP? By simply putting more PEP in your STEP. The course is taught by a professional entertainer with over 30 years of experience. The eight-hour course meets 2 hours/week for four weeks.
Price: $350.00.
Class size: 10 participants maximum.
Prerequisite Course: Presentation Equals Personality P.E.P.
Expected outcomes: After course completion, students will exhibit greater fluency and dynamism in presentation skills to make for a dynamic, engaging and influential professional.


Executive Mindfulness (Part One): Developing Attention to Details, Small and Large
This course is taught by a leading expert in the blossoming field of “Mindfulness.” Executives learn “to not sweat the small stuff” but how to be appropriately aware of all facets of the organization’s internal and external environments. The ten-hour course meets 2 hours/week for five weeks.
Price: $700.00. (Blended course)
Class size: 10 participants maximum.
Expected outcomes: After course completion, students will have the tools to become a more proactive and responsive leader.
