The Real Estate Academy @LIUBKspcs

Real Estate is the largest asset class in the United States. Just the US housing market alone accounts for $26 trillion, already making it the largest asset class in the world. The large majority of a typical American family's wealth is tied up in its home. Commercial Real Estate rental rates in the US are the definitive indicator of where we are in the business cycle; a bear or a bull market, contraction or growth. Since the beginning of 2015, Real Estate portfolios have joined stocks, bonds, and cash as an institutional asset class that investors turn to for long term stability.
