Minor in Geology
Undergraduate students at LIU Post who are pursuing a major in another subject area can apply elective courses (17-19 credits) toward a minor in geology. Geology is the study of the solid Earth and oceans, interactions with the atmosphere and climate, the Earth’s history, and the dynamic processes that make the Earth ever-changing. This minor is available for those students who would like to combine the study of the Earth with their major field.
