Accommodations:

Accommodations at the hotel for students will be provided by LIU Global. Parents and guests can contact the Aloft New York Brooklyn Hotel at 1-866-599-6674. A special rate has been secured for all guests under “Long Island University.”

Group Flights:

All first year students will depart on a group flight to San Jose, Costa Rica with the Center's Director, Sarah Moran. Please purchase the following direct flight as soon as possible:

We found the above flight on expedia.com, orbitz.com, travelocity.com and kayak.com. Once you have purchased your flight, please email a copy of your itinerary to susan.rachouh@liu.edu. Transportation from the airport in San Jose to the Center in Heredia will be arranged by LIU Global. As noted above, Sarah Moran will be flying from Newark with your group and will ensure that all students are accounted for and reach Heredia.
