Description

Dr. Eva Berrios-Colon earned her Doctorate degree in Pharmacy at the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York and her Masters of Public Health degree with an emphasis on Community Health Sciences from SUNY Downstate. She completed residency training at the Brookdale University Hospital & Medical Center with a focus on Pharmacy Practice. She completed her. She was previously the Chair of the Social, Behavioral and Administrative Sciences department at Touro College of Pharmacy. Dr Berrios-Colon is Board-Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Certified in Anticoagulation. Dr. Berrios-Colon is an active member of local and national pharmacy and public health organizations including ASHP, APHA, APhA, PSSNY, and NYSCHP. She is currently the Chair of the Grants Committee for the New York City Society of Health-System Pharmacy (NYCSHP).   Her research interests are in Anticoagulation, Smoking Cessation, and Community Health.
