IMC is the media center for the C.W. Post Campus with production, media resources and preview facilities. In the near future users will be able to access high quality multimedia materials in the collection and on other information networks and to combine and transmit audio, video, images, text, and data. In addition IMC is the resource center for both print and non-print materials for the students and faculty of the School of Education and for the children's literature and school media courses for the Palmer School of Library and Information Science.
The IMC has its own specialized catalog with Dewey Decimal Classification. This easy to access catalog is color coded to reflect the variety of its collection. All LIU members with a current ID are allowed to borrow circulating materials. Please check with the librarians for more specific information or any assistance.
