Dr. Debra Migliore graduated from Rutgers, Newark with a PhD in nursing. Her clinical experience is in Adult Medical Surgical Nursing. Dr. Migliore also served as Institutional Review Board (IRB) Administrator for 10 years. Her research interests include obesity, binge eating, addiction, mentorship, and student success. She is presently the lead professor for NUR450L Adult Medical Surgical Nursing II Laboratory. LIU courses she has taught include: NUR220 Health Assessment Lecture, NUR 440 Adult Medical Surgical Nursing I Laboratory, and NUR450L Adult Medical Surgical Nursing II Laboratory as well as NUR 290 Gender Specific Nursing Across the Life Span, and NUR 293 Research in Nursing from the prior curriculum.
