Jonathan Andes Orea is over 24 years practicing the Nursing Profession. He migrated to the US and have been a Registered Nurse in New York State since 2015. With the advancement in technology and globalization, education is a big asset to the community and he would like to play a role. He is confident that he could bring value to Long Island University as an Assistant Professor in Nursing and at the same time the Director of Clinical Affairs, from his long life lesson to motivate and empower students to reach their highest potentials. Jonathan obtained his Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Nursing with emphasis on Community and Public Health Nursing from Universidad de Sta. Isabel in Naga City, Philippines in 1996 and 2007 respectively. He also spent his 13 years in the same University as a Full-time Nursing Faculty and Clinical Placement Coordinator. Jonathan is also taking his Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Education major in Leadership and Management at St. Paul University Manila, Philippines.
