Description
Dr. Yudan Zheng received her MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 2007. Her research interests are in the area of corporate finance with a focus on corporate governance, institutional investors, and executive compensation. Her papers appear in Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Managerial Finance, International Journal of Business Strategy, International Journal of Business, and were presented at a number of universities and major finance conferences. She also serves as a reviewer for several academic journals. Her teaching responsibilities include financial markets and institutions, corporate finance, and quantitative analysis.
