Martha Concha has been a part of Long Island University’s (Brooklyn) Communication Sciences& Disorders program for six years. Ms. Concha is the Clinic Business Manager and works closely with families receiving services as well as families that have interest in receiving services in our clinic. Ms. Concha maintains a close relationship with Supervisors and Students to ensure the best performance of our clinic.
Francine Sparks has been a part of Long Island University’s (Brooklyn) Communication Sciences& Disorders program for five years. Ms. Sparks is the Clinic Secretary and works closely with families, students and Clinical Educators in the Downtown Brooklyn Speech, Language & Hearing Clinic.

Crystal Reed-Holland has been part of Long Island University’s (Brooklyn) Communication Sciences& Disorders for four years. Ms. Reed-Holland is the Administrative Assistant and currently is an active member of the Academic Advisor Board Committee.

Ms. Williams is a student at Long Island University (Brooklyn) and is completing one of two English Theses; her Undergraduate studies focused on the English Language, Literature, and Writing and Rhetoric. Ms. Williams is a future M.Ed. candidate for the English Language and Linguistics Program at New York University. Additionally, Ms. Williams is a part of LIU’s English Honors College and works closely with her peers and outside organizations to improve academic writing and/or as freelance writers. Ms. Williams has devoted her time to both English and SLPDC Program/Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. A recent achievement came in the role as the Senate of ASHA’s NSHHLA (National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association) Chapter at LIU Brooklyn.
